Transportation
With nearly seven miles of pedestrian promenades and bike trails, our new campus is designed to help associates move more, enjoy the beauty of nature and make sustainable choices in their daily commute. These trails seamlessly connect to the Razorback Greenway, offering more than 40 miles of scenic routes linking the towns of Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale and Fayetteville. Our goal is to see 10% of New Home Office-based associates choosing active transportation, like biking, for their daily commutes.

Easy, Accessible Parking
We know that convenience matters – especially when it comes to parking. The 10 parking decks at our New Home Office campus have been strategically placed so that you’re never more than a five-minute walk from your office building or nearby amenities. We also have six surface lots for visitor and amenity parking, ensuring guests and associates alike can easily access everything the campus has to offer.
EV Chargers
Our EV charging rates reflect our commitment to providing convenient and affordable options for associates parking on campus. After a comprehensive study, we set our rate at $0.30/kWh to align with market standards. To stay consistent with fair and competitive pricing, we will assess our EV pricing strategy on an annual basis.
EV charging stations will be available in all parking decks and specified surface lots throughout the campus. Pricing will apply consistently to all EV chargers at the Bentonville Campus as detailed below:
- Charge Rate: $0.30/kWh
- Idle Fees: $5/hour after 2 hours when charging stops or is completed
- Maximum Session Fee: $20/session
